Its' a compilation of those websites from where one can download e-books FREE of Cost. It may be possible that in some websites Login is required before downloading, but still the service of possessing an e-book is FREE. Wherever I will found that Login is required for downloading, I will mention it specifically.
While most of the time it is found that the e-books which are available for downloads are related to the Technical field. Its' very rare to find Medical e-books in this manner. But I have found few websites where the Medical e-books are also available and thus I will mention those website links in comments specially.
